Description:
1. The subject of the order is: Purchase and delivery of a multimedia projector for the Institute of Biology of the University of O.
2. The description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 1A to the SWZ.

3. The subject of the order will be delivered to the Ordering Party at the Contractor's risk and as part of the remuneration (specified in the offer) due to the Contractor.
4. As part of the proper performance of the subject of the order, the contractor is obliged to deliver and pay in full and assembled (on-site assembly is allowed) of the subject of the order (with parameters specified in the description of the subject of the order) to the room indicated by the Ordering Party, within the deadline specified in point. 4 SWZ.
