The subject of the order is the delivery, together with the transfer of ownership to the Ordering Party, of a brand new slurry vehicle for the removal of liquid waste, together with additional equipment, with technical and operational parameters described in detail in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ Description of the subject of the order. 2. The Ordering Party declares that if the description of the subject of the order includes a reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and/or technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described. Appendix No. 2 to SWZ Drafted contractual provisions.
