Short description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract includes the purchase and delivery of a newly new beach cleaning machine, at the expense and efforts of the contractor, in place indicated by the Ordering Party in the Trzebiatów commune. 2. The delivered subject of the order should meet any requirements specified in applicable law and be free from defects and fully functional. 3. Responsibility for damage to the device until the Ordering Party is issued to the Ordering Party. 4. After delivering the beach cleaning machine, the Contractor, without additional remuneration, will conduct training from service representatives. 5. The cost of transport should be taken into account at a gross total price. 6. Detailed description of the subject of the order, in particular technical parameters, presents Annex 5 to the SWZ.
