Description:
Purchase and delivery of orthopedic implants - implants for arthroscopic and minimally invasive procedures according to the following tasks:
1. Hyaluronic system for treating cartilage and cartilage and stretch cavities - 20 pieces;
2. Endoprosthesis of the intraphabhralus and thumb - 40 sets;
3. Modular prosthesisBipolar hip joint - 80 sets;
4. Shoulder endoprosthesis - 20 sets;
5. Heads with a v40 for the hip prosthesis - 20 pieces;
according to the list of conditions and parameters required in Annex 1 to SWZ.applicable regulations, in particular in accordance with:
1) the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws No. 2022, item 974),
2) by Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2017 on medical devices, amendment to Directive 2001/83/EC, Regulation(EC) No. 178/2002 and Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and the repeal of the Council directives 90/385/EEC and 93/42/EEC (MDR) or Council Directive 93/42/EEC using the transition period, established on the basis of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2023/607 of March 15, 2023 in caseChanges of ordinances (EU) 2017/745 and (EU) 2017/746 in relation to transitional regulations regarding certain medical devices and medical devices for in vitro diagnostics; as well as have the required documents.
