- KWP Katowice Supply Department invites you to submit an offer for the purchase of: Purchase and delivery of parts for service firearms. THE PRODUCT SHALL BE COMPLIANT WITH ANNEX No. 1 - i.e. description of the subject of the order. Conditions of participation in the procedure: 1. Payment terms - transfer 30 days from the date of a correctly issued VAT invoice and delivery to the correspondence address: Department of Supply, KWP in Katowice, ul. Koszarowa 17, 40-068 Katowice.2. Delivery to the Supply Department of the Military Police Headquarters in Katowice, ul. KochΕowicka 5, 40-817 KatowiceIn hours 8-14.- delivery cost is covered by the supplier. Please notify about the delivery date by e-mail or telephone 24 hours in advance3. The contractor is obliged to deliver all the goods by December 15, 2025.4. Minimum warranty for the ordered equipment 24 months for the delivered assortment.5. Required to complete the declaration included as an attachment. 6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity of the product to a smaller or larger one depending on the financial resources available7. The Ordering Party reserves the right invalidation of the proceedings at any stage without giving a reason. Important: The proceedings do not have to end with the selection of a supplier, however, if this is the case, KWP will publish information about the selection via the eB2B purchasing platform the most advantageous offer.
