Description:
3.1 The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a passenger bus to ZSCKR in Sdziejowice. The subject of the order will be used as a service means of transport for students and employees of the School Complex of the Agricultural Education Center. Wadysawa Grabski in Sdziejowice.3.2 A detailed description of the order was specified in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.3.3 In no case does the Ordering Party allow refurbished products resulting from returns, complaints, etc. 3.4 The Contractor must, at his own expense, ensure the delivery of the vehicle to the School Complex of the Agricultural Education Center. Wadysawa Grabski in Sdziejowice, Sdziejowice Kolonia 10, 98-160 Sdziejowice, where the subject of the order will be collected between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on a working day (Monday to Friday).3.5 The subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in applicable legal regulations, in particular regarding the approval of the vehicle for road traffic in accordance with Acts of June 20, 1997 Road Traffic Law (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended).3.6 The subject of the order must have at least the technical parameters and equipment specified in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.3.7 If w...
