The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of sets for transporting patients for the OCRM medical rescue teams in Opole: a) electric - hydraulic stretcher with an electric loading system, 1 set, b) stairlift with electric power supply, 1 pc. 2. The offered subject of the order must be complete, brand new, free from defects, loads or security features, fully functional and ready for use, meets all safety standards and technical requirements provided for in applicable regulations and meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in Annex No. 6 (Description of the subject of the order)3. The offered medical equipment must have documents allowing it to be traded in the territory of the Republic of Poland and meet the requirements provided for in the relevant legal provisions, in particular the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974, as amended).4.
