Description:
1. The Ordering Party requires, as part of part No. 1 of the order, to offer office supplies in the assortment, with the features, parameters and quantities indicated in Table No. 1 of the Offer Form constituting Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ.1) In column [f] Number of units in Table No. 1 of the Offer Form constituting the Appendix No. 1.1 to the SWZ contains estimated quantities of items determined on the basis of current consumption, the actual quantities ordered will result from the individual needs of the Ordering Party. At the same time, the Ordering Party reserves the right, during the term of the contract, to change the number of articles specified in Table No. 1 of the Form Offer constituting Appendix No. 1.1, with the reservation that the minimum quantity of purchased items will be 70% in individual items. 2) Photos of archiving file templates from item no. 61, 62 of Table No. 1 is Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.3) The Ordering Party allows the Contractor to offer equivalent products with parameters not worse than those described in Table No. 1 of the Offer Form constituting Appendix No. 1.1.
