Description:
1. The subject of the order is the sale and delivery to GOŚ ŁAM of polyelectrolyte in the form of an emulsion necessary to carry out the process of thickening excess sludge on belt thickeners, together with the collection of empty packaging of used polyelectrolyte at the Contractor's expense.
2. The subject of the order is classified is in the Common Procurement Vocabulary the CPV code: CPV code - 24542000-5 - Acrylic polymers in primary forms
PKWiU number 20.16.53.0 - Acrylic polymers in basic forms.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 9 to this ToR (Appendix No. 9 with attachments No. 1A,1B,1C). The order is subject to option rights. Type, circumstances of exercising the option and maximum value of the option:
Pursuant to the content of Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party specifies the option right:
1) type of option: Purchase and delivery of polyelectrolyte in the form of an emulsion for thickening excessive sludge on belt compactors covered by option law.
The minimum value of deliveries after which the Ordering Party may exercise the option right: PLN 1,755,250.00 net.
3) maximum value of the right options: Maximum value of deliveries (taking into account the option right): PLN 3,510,500.00 net.
The description of the subject of the order should be read together with any changes to the content of the specification, e.g. as a result of responses to the Contractors' inquiries.
