Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery for the needs of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture of Factory New, non -possessing traces prior use:
portable computers, one manufacturer, one brand and the same type, the same model;
basic and up to 270 pcs in an optional order) - computer monitors, one manufacturer, one brand and the same type, ten The model itself;
together with attachments constituting annex No. 6.1 or 6.2, respectively to the specification of the terms of the contract (hereinafter: "SWZ") - respectively for the given part orders.
2. The contracting authority requires that the subject of the contract takes place on the terms and rules set out in the planned provisions of the contract together with attachments (hereinafter: PPU) constituting Annex 6.1 or 6.2 to SWZ (respectively for a given part of the order).
