1. The subject of the order is the supply of a power generating unit with a minimum power of 400 kVA, which will ensure energy security of St. Anna's Hospital in Miechow during warfare.2. The order is carried out as part of the national "Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program 2025-2026 adopted by resolution No. 72 Council of Ministers of May 27, 2025 (M. P. of 2025, item 541) in the field of population protection and civil defense, resulting from the Act of December 5, 2024 on population protection and civil defense (Journal of Laws, item 1907).3. Place of contract performance (place of delivery): St. Anna Hospital in Miechow address: ul. Szpitalna 3, 32-200 Miechw.4. Detailed technical parameters of the subject of the order are included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order. The technical parameters presented in the table constitute the minimum requirements of the Ordering Party regarding the offered product spray
