- The subject of the order is the delivery of 7 pcs. of power generating units and 2 pcs. of transport trailers for the needs of civil protection and civil defense, in accordance with the description contained in the Order. No. 2 to SWZ Description of the subject of the order. 1. Delivered products must be brand new, free from any defects and damage, must have documents required by law.2. The delivered trailers must meet the requirements for vehicles permitted to drive on public roads in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Road Traffic Law together with the documents required by law. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the use the so-called device refurbished.4.The Contractor undertakes to properly perform the subject of the order, in accordance with the requirements specified in the Terms of Reference and the provisions of the draft contract as well as the principles of technical knowledge, principles of due diligence and applicable standards and regulations.5.O delivery date, the Contractor is obliged to notify the Ordering Party (by phone, e-mail) at least 2 days in advance.
