Description:
Part I includes: a) Delivery of a generator with a rated power of 55 kVA, 1 piece, b) Delivery of a generator with a rated power of 60 kVA, 1 piece, including the construction of the base for the aggregates. The floor must be no smaller than the base of the unit.1. The subject of these proceedings is the purchase and delivery of power generating units for the needs of the Czastary Commune as part of the implementation of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program, in the range, quantities and terms indicated in the Description of the subject of the order, Appendix No. 4 to SWZ2. The units must be brand new, i.e. unused, undamaged, unrefurbished, not encumbered with any rights of persons or third parties and produced no earlier than 24 months before the deadline for submitting offers and comes from the manufacturer's legal sales channel. 3. The units must be marked in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular with safety signs.4. Transport organization and responsibility transport of the Subject of the Agreement to the Ordering Party's headquarters, unloading the order at the place indicated by the Ordering Party and the related costs are the responsibility of the Contractor;5.
