4.1 The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of 30 kW power generators on a trailer (20 pcs.) and 50 kW power generators (6 pcs.) for the Crisis Management and Security Department in the Department of the Mayor of the City of Łodź.
4.2 The order is co-financed and implemented under the program entitled "CIVIL PROTECTION AND CIVIL DEFENSE PROGRAM FOR 2025-2026".
4.3 The order is divided into 2 (two) sections. parts:
Part 1 - The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of 20 30 kW generators on a trailer.
Part 2 The subject of the order is purchase and delivery of 6 50 kW power generators on a trailer.
NOTE:
The contractor may submit an offer for any selected part or parts of the order.
The evaluation of offers and the selection of the most advantageous offer will be carried out separately
for each part of the order
4.4 Detailed description of the item order (respectively for a given part of the order) is included in Annex No. 1a, 1b to the SWZ together with annexes and in the contract template (general for all parts of the order) Annex 5 to the SWZ.

Order completion date:
From the date of conclusion of the contract until December 19, 2025 r.
