Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of 2 pieces of power generators with trailers for the Cieldz Commune.2. The detailed scope of deliveries includes: 1) Due to the requirements of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense program, the Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be delivered to the Ordering Party's headquarters in within 7 days of signing the contract. 2) The detailed scope, parameters and minimum equipment requirements for the execution of the order are included in the Description of the subject of the order, Appendix No. 5 to SWZ3) The delivery will end with a protocol of acceptance of the equipment delivered to the Ordering Party's headquarters and implementation of the order elements by the Contractor and the issuance of an invoice by the Contractor.4) The Contractor will perform technological commissioning and train the Ordering Party's representatives in the operation of the purchased units within 3 months from the date of delivery.3. The supplied equipment should be covered by a minimum 5-year manufacturer's support period.4. The Ordering Party allows devices manufactured in China to be offered.5. Minimum warranty conditions: The warranty and warranty period required by the Ordering Party is: min. 60 months, unless the description of the subject of the order indicates otherwise.
