Description:
1.1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of 2 power generators on a transport trailer implemented under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026.1.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 5 to SWZ.1.3. This task is being implemented under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026.1.4. The Contractor will deliver power generators using its own or rented transport, at its own expense and risk, to the delivery address: Orodek Sportu i Rekrutacji w Dzieroniow, 58-200 Dzieroniow, ul. Strumykowa 1, from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, from 8.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m., where he will then start it up (operational tests) and conduct training for persons designated by the Ordering Party to operate and operate the machine.1.5. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with the required information documents and certificates regarding power generators, such as: 1) operating instructions; 2) warranty book; 3) periodic inspection book; 4) technical documentation; 5) certificates regarding compliance with the STAGE 5 exhaust emission standard; 6) declaration zg...
