"Purchase and delivery of ProChem II CLF ABF 1 730'10 protective suits as part of the project entitled " FIRST RESPONDERS - effective response of services in the event of a CBRN-E attack " co-financed by the Internal Security Fund for 2021 -2027.” The Supply Department of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Katowice invites you to participate in the procedure for the purchase and delivery of ProChem II CLF ABF 1 730'10' protective suits as part of the implementation of the project entitled " FIRST RESPONDERS - effective response services in the event of a CBRN-E attack "financed by the Internal Security Fund for 2021-2027. Planned launch date - order in the first half of 2026 with a completion date of 14 calendar days from submission. Payment deadline 30 days counting from the date of submission of the invoice; the basis for issuing an invoice is the delivery of goods (without comments). The contractor is obliged to submit the following documents with the offer: 1) completed Annex No. 2 - declaration of art. 72) catalog cards of the offered item assortment. The invitation with attachments can be found in the "attachments" tab. The Ordering Party reserves the right to increase/decrease the order depending on its financial resources. The Ordering Party reserves the right to launch an additional stage auction. The Contractor is obliged to sign the contract/order without undue delay from the date of submitting the documents to the Contractor. All costs and risks related to the implementation of the subject of the order shall be borne by the Contractor. We reserve the right to do so withdrawal from the execution of the order / signing the contract without giving a reason.
