Purchase and delivery of research infrastructure in the form of 1 item scientific and research spectrometer FT-IR/FT-RAMAN with a protein test for the needs of the "Pol-Openscreen-Polish Scrining Infrastructure Platform for biological chemistry
1. The subject of the contract is:
1) Purchase and delivery of research infrastructure in the form of 1 item scientific and research spectrometer FT-IR/FT-RAMAN together with a protein test for project needs. A detailed description of the apparatus parameters includes "technical specification" Annex 2 to SWZ,
2) loading, transport, unloading, bringing and setting the apparatus in the place indicated by the Employer at its headquarters,
3) launch and installation of apparatus,
4) conducting free training to users of apparatus in the scope of proper operation of the apparatus and its software, operation and maintenance
on the dimension of 1 day (8 clock hours) at the headquarters of the Ordering Party,
5) service services, technical support Throughout the warranty period and the warranty review during the warranty period. The minimum warranty period is specified in the "technical specification" - Annex 2 to SWZ.
2. The apparatus must be brand new, complete, free of all physical defects
and legal and damage, without earlier operation. It cannot be the subject of exposure, an exhibition, test and demonstrative subject. Cannot be a prototype. It cannot be the subject of third parties.
