Purchase and delivery of research infrastructure in the form of 1 item scientific and research spectrometer FT-IR/FT-RAMAN with a protein test for the needs of the "Pol-Openscreen-Polish Inf platform ...
1. The subject of the contract is:
1) Purchase and delivery of research infrastructure in the form of 1 pc. FT-IR/FT-RAMAN scientific and research spectrometer with a protein test for the needs of the project. A detailed description of the apparatus parameters includes "technical specification" Annex 2 to SWZ,
2) loading, transport, unloading, bringing and setting the apparatus in indicated by the Employer, a place at his headquarters,
3) starting and installing the apparatus,
4) conducting free training to users of apparatus in the scope of proper operation of the apparatus and its software, operation and maintenance
on the dimension of 1 day (8 clock hours) at the headquarters of the Ordering Party,
5) benefit service services, technical support throughout the warranty period and the warranty review during the warranty period.
The minimum warranty period is specified in the "technical specification" - Annex 2 to SWZ.
2. The statement must be brand new, complete, free of all physical defects
and legal and damage, without prior operation. It cannot be the subject of exposure, an exhibition, test and demonstrative subject. Cannot be a prototype. It cannot be the subject of third parties.
3. The statement must meet all standards set by such apparatus law and have appropriate permits, approvals or certificates
