The subject of the order is:
1. purchase and delivery of research infrastructure in the form of an MST apparatus a system for examining interactions using microscale thermophoresis and isothermal spectral shift in micro-volumes for the needs of the project. A detailed description of the equipment parameters is included in the "Technical Specification", Annex No. 2 to the SWZ,
2. loading, transport, unloading, carrying and setting up equipment in the place indicated by the Ordering Party at its headquarters,
3. commissioning and installation of equipment,
4. on-site specialist instruction in the operation and maintenance of the equipment for at least 2 people, at the Ordering Party's premises, no later than 1 day after the completion of installation and commissioning of all equipment,
5. provision of maintenance services, technical assistance throughout the warranty period and warranty inspection during the warranty period.
6. the minimum warranty period is 12 months, and the additional warranty period is specified in the "Specification technical" Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
(Offer evaluation criteria described in Chapter XV of the SWZ). Detailed conditions regarding the implementation of the guarantee are specified in § 6 of the "Draft Agreement", Annex No. 10 to the SWZ.
