Description:
1. Purchase and delivery of a barrel (tank) for transport for drinking water 5000L - 1 piece, 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ) constitutes Annex No. 1D to the Specification of Terms and Conditions (SWZ) and will be introduced as an annex to the contract, respectively, for parts No. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the order.3. Terms of implementation the orders are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the public procurement contract in the form of a contract and constitute Annex No. 1C to the contract documents for parts No. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the contract (hereinafter referred to as the contract form).4. The contract template specified in Annex No 1C to this Specification of Order Terms has uniform wording and is valid for all parts of the order, i.e. parts from 1 to 5.5. The ordering party, in accordance with the instructions resulting from Art. 95 of the Act specifies that it does not require employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities related to the execution of the order, consisting in performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended).6.
