The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of: a) coarse-grained, non-caking solid road salt for sprinkling road surfaces - DR grade rock salt with an anti-caking agent. b) DA grade rock salt, 25 kg bags. 2. Basic order: a) road salt coarse-grained, non-agglomerated salt for sprinkling on road surfaces - DR grade rock salt in the amount of 300 tons, 3. The Ordering Party exercises the right of option, the subject of the order may increase the oil content to the maximum: a) coarse-grained, non-agglomerated road salt for sprinkling road surfaces - DR rock salt. - 1200 tons, b) DA road stone salt, 25 kg bags - 25 tons4. Total amount of salt road during the entire period of execution of the subject of the order, including the option rights, will not exceed: a) coarse-grained salt road not lumpy additional sprinkling of road surfaces - DR rock salt. - 1,500 tons, b) DA road salt stone, 25 kg bags - 25 tons5. Activation of the option right takes place by submitting a declaration of will regarding the exercise of the option right in the time specified by him. scope. The Ordering Party anticipates the possibility of exercising the option right in the event of an increase in the Ordering Party's needs resulting from the prevailing weather conditions. The Ordering Party declares that it may exercise the option right throughout the entire period of contract implementation.
