Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a robotic surgery system with a starting set of tools for the Specialist Hospital F. Ceynowy in Wejherowo.
The purchase of the above device includes, among others, the following:
1.1 Delivery of surgical robot with parameters in accordance with Annex No. 7 to SWZ
1.2 Installation, start and handing over to the Employer in a state ready to use the device listed in point 1.1, hereinafter also called equipment.
1.3 Training of the Employer's personnel in the field of service, operation and maintenance necessary for the correct The functioning of the equipment in accordance with the requirements described in the SWZ NIN.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract, assortment and estimated quantities are given in Annex 2 and Annex 7 to SWZ.
