- 1) The subject of the order is the purchase, together with delivery and unloading, of sand for winter maintenance of district roads in the Olkusz district in 2026 in an amount not exceeding 8,000 tons in total, i.e. for: Road-Bridge Circuit in Olkusz 4,000 tonnes Trzyciu Road-Bridge Circuit 4,000 tonnes2) Quantity given in the SWZ sand is the maximum quantity, while the minimum order quantity specified in section 1. will not be lower than 40% of the amount specified in point 1. The Contractor will not be entitled to any claims for failure to complete the entire subject of the order. 3) Sand will be delivered successively according to the needs of the Ordering Party. related to weather conditions, the Contractor's transport on the dates and in quantities transferred electronically to the places indicated by the authorized representative of the Ordering Party. Sand should be delivered by self-dumping vehicle. The Contractor should unload the sand on site using his own efforts indicated by the Ordering Party.4) The maximum delivery time counted from the sent order may not exceed 48 hours.
