Description:
3.1 The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a self-propelled tractor with snow removal equipment for ZSCKR in Sdziejowice. The equipment will be used for care work and winter maintenance of the area on the school farm of the School Complex of the Agricultural Education Center. Wadysawa Grabski w Sdziejowice.3.2 A detailed description of the order is set out in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.3.3 The Ordering Party does not allow under any circumstances refurbished products resulting from returns, complaints, etc. 3.4 The Contractor must, at his own expense, ensure delivery to the School Complex of the Agricultural Education Center. Wadysawa Grabskiego in Sdziejowice, Sdziejowice Kolonia 10, 98-160 Sdziejowice, where the subject of the order will be collected between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on a business day (Monday to Friday).3.5 The subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in the applicable legal provisions.3.6 The subject of the order must has at least the technical parameters and equipment specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ.3.7 If trademarks, patents or origins are used in the SWZ or its annexes, in particular in the description of the subject of the order, r...
