Description:
KWP Katowice invites you to submit a price offer for the purchase and delivery. Purchase and delivery of ski equipment: skis, boots, helmets, goggles, poles in accordance with the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 1 INVITATION. The given unit price should include all costs related to delivery. Estimated completion date: up to 21 calendar days from the date of signing the order/agreement. Delivery should take place on business days from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Delivery date must be given one day in advance. Payment minimum 30 days after receipt correctly issued VAT invoice. All costs and risks related to the implementation of the subject of the order are borne by the Contractor. At the stage of submitting offers, the Ordering Party expects the following to be attached to the procedure: - product catalog cards in Polish (in order to assess the compliance of the offered product range with the requirements Ordering Party), - scan of the signed declaration ART 7 - Annex 2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to launch an additional stage of the auction in the event of a mismatch in size. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exchange the size. The Contractor is obliged to sign the contract/order without undue delay. counting from the date of submission of documents to the Contractor, all costs and risks related to the implementation of the subject of the order shall be borne by the Contractor.
