- The purchasing process of purchasing and successive deliveries of snacks to vending machines. All details regarding the purchasing process are included in the attached documentation. In order to submit an offer correctly, you must: - complete the unit prices of the products in the "Offer" tab. - in the form indicated in proceedings within the deadline (until the date of opening of offers), send product cards; - within the deadline indicated in the proceedings (until the date of opening of offers), send samples of the indicated products; The Ordering Party reserves the right to carry out further stages in this process, e.g. electronic auction and/or negotiations. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor participating in the procedure send samples of the offered product to the following address by the deadline for submitting offers: ChΕopickiego 53, 04-275 Warszawa, quoting the following name and surname: Mateusz Krzysztofik. Note: Any questions, including requests for changes the content of the contract or description of the subject of the order may be submitted until the date indicated on the purchasing platform as "Date for ending questions". Subsequent requests to modify the contract or the subject matter of the purchasing process in any respect will not be possible.
