PKP Linia Hutnicza Szerokotorowa sp. z o.o. in Zamość invites you to submit a price offer for the purchase and delivery of the items mentioned in the procedure, in accordance with the description contained in the subject of the order. After evaluating the offers, the Ordering Party will inform the offeror who submitted the most advantageous one an offer that cannot be rejected on the need to submit a Declaration constituting Annex 1 to the proceedings, signed in accordance with the representation. The contractor submitting the offer is obliged to submit, along with the offer, documents enabling the assessment of compliance of the offered item with the requirements Ordering Party Terms of procedure regarding the offer and order execution: 1. Place of delivery: PKP LHS sp. z o.o. street Szczebrzeska 11, 22-400 Zamość2. The unit price includes transportation costs.3. Payment 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods and a correctly issued invoice.4. The Ordering Party requires that the offered item was brand new, original, unused, factory packed.5. The assortment that is the subject of the offer must have at least: shelf life of at least 6 months from the date of delivery.6. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make changes or cancel conduct without giving a reason.7.
