Description:
1) The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of special vehicles and a trailer as part of the civil protection and civil defense program: A delivery van with a tipper body. 2) The ordering party requires the delivery of the subject of the order, brand new, unused, free from physical defects and legal regulations, assembled and ready for use, completely equipped with elements ensuring proper use, manufactured no earlier than 2024. The delivered subject of the order must comply with applicable standards and the indicated approvals, certificates, technical approvals, declarations compliance of materials, safety certificates, licenses, etc. (if required), enabling their use in accordance with their intended purpose.3) The terms of execution of the order for all parts are included in: Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, draft provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.
