Description:
A specialized hooklift truck with a hydraulic crane 1. The inquiry concerns the purchase and delivery of a specialized hooklift truck with a hydraulic crane. 2. The vehicle specification is indicated in Chapter III of the Request for Quotation No 02/REKO/NFOŚ/2026 of April 7, 2026 3. As part of this procedure, the Ordering Party does not allow the purchase of either the vehicle or its equipment as used items. 4. The scope of the subject of the order includes: a) The vehicle and its equipment comply with the specifications contained in Chapter III; b) Documentation confirming compliance of the subject of the order with applicable law, including the CE declaration and technical acceptance of the Office of Technical Inspection; c) Vehicle documentation in accordance with the regulations in force on the date of delivery Polish law; d) Complete technical and operational documentation for individual pieces of equipment, including in particular the operating manual in Polish; e) Delivery to the project site and functionality check; f) Conduct training for the Ordering Party's employees in the field of operation.
