Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of STANDARD PEA COAL to the facilities of the Bielsk commune in 2026. The subject of the order has been divided into parts: PART 1 - subject of the order called Purchase and delivery of standard coal peas to the Primary School. Maria Konopnicka in Leszczyno Szlachecki - SCOPE BASIC: Building location: Leszczyn Szlachecki 34, 09-230 Bielsk, Implementation from the signing of the contract to December 18, 2026. Estimated delivery quantity: 26 tons (bagged) up to the maximum value resulting from the offer and the contract, subject to changes provided for in the contract (8 section 3)2. Specified by the Ordering Party the amount of coal of standard peas, which is the subject of the order, is an estimated value. The final amount of purchased fuel material will depend on the heating needs of individual customers.3. The Ordering Party informs that the final quantity of coal and peas delivered will depend on weather conditions, and therefore heating needs of consumers, as well as on the financial resources held by the Ordering Party. 4.
