The ordering party requires that the offered assortment be brand new, free from technical and legal defects, admitted to trading, of good quality and grade I. The ordering party will ask the contractor who did not complete the previous order, or who completed it in inappropriate manner or refused to sign the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce or increase the quantity of ordered equipment up to the amount of financial resources it has or to resign completely.
