Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a surgical robotic system with equipment for the Independent Public Health Care Facility in Puławy in the form of the following devices:
1) Surgical robotic system.
2) Surgical diathermy.
3) Harmonic knife.
4) Absorber smoke from the operating field.
5) Surgical instruments.
6) Tool wash.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the material and quantity statement constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the list of technical parameters of the devices constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
3. In case when the detailed description of the subject of the order indicates standards, trademarks, patents, origin, source or specific process characterizing specific products or services, this means that the Ordering Party could not describe the subject of the order using sufficiently precise terms and this is justified by the specificity of the subject of the order. In such situations, any reference to standards, trademarks, patents, origin, source or specific process should be read with the words "or equivalent".
4. Therefore, it is allowed to propose equivalents with equivalent properties in the offer not worse and guaranteeing achievement of parameters not lower than those required by the Ordering Party.
