Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a tanker for the transport and distribution of drinking water to ensure the continuity of drinking water supplies for the inhabitants of Biaogard, in connection with the implementation by the City of Biaogard of tasks in the field of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program (agreement for co-financing with funds from from the state budget for the task implemented in the field of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program No. 97.1.2025.108.OLiOC.Z of October 14, 2025, concluded between the City of Biaogard and the West Pomeranian Voivode). Quantity: 1 piece. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.2. Tank will be brand new, covered by warranty, undamaged, unused, technically functional, free from physical (design, material and workmanship) and legal defects (including any third party rights and any other encumbrances and protections) and comes from the manufacturer's official sales channel to the European Union market).
