Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of brand new, unused teaching aids for schools in the Tarnowo Podgorne commune, detailed in the description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 2a). Part 1 purchase and delivery of teaching aids for the Primary School. Arkady Fiedler w Przemierowie: - Purchase of equipment for a sensory integration room, - Purchase of equipment for a sensory integration room - cross-financing, - Purchase of equipment for a speech therapy room - Purchase of equipment for a speech therapy room - cross-financing 2. Individual elements of the subject of the order must be made in a way that ensures the safety of users and meets the requirements contained in generally applicable legal regulations.3. The contractor will use materials with technical, construction and utility parameters not worse than those specified in the description of the subject of the order. The contractor may use the indicated one or an equivalent, other product that meets technical and quality requirements and has functional properties not worse than those specified in the Ordering Party's documentation.
