Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of continuation of the manufacturer's technical support for the Dell PowerEdge R740 server (ProSupport and Next Business Day On-Site Service) and Keep Your Hard Drive included in the Ordering Party's infrastructure.2. The scope of the order is described in Annex No. 1 SWZ.3. Requirements minimum1) Support must be provided directly by the equipment manufacturer (Dell Technologies) or its authorized partner or other entity with competences and authorizations to provide support services for the Dell PowerEdge R740 server.2) The manufacturer's response time to notifications is maximum 4 hours.3) Repair/replacement of equipment no later than the next business day after notification.4) Confirmation of registration of support in the manufacturer's system for the indicated device must be provided to the Ordering Party after the service is launched.4.
