- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new multi-purpose tractor with a power of not less than 100 HP with a 4x4 drive, manufactured in 2025 for the needs of rescue operations of the Miechow County and its units, i.e. the District Roads Authority in Miechow. The order is carried out as part of national Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program 2025-2026 adopted by resolution No. 72 of the Council of Ministers of May 27, 2025 (M. P. of 2025, item 541) in the field of population protection and civil defense, resulting from the Act of December 5, 2024 on population protection and civil defense (Journal of Laws item 1907).2. The vehicle should be prepared for one-stage registration with a set of documents allowing it to road traffic in Poland. 3. Place of execution of the contract (place of delivery): Zarzd Drg Powiatowych in Miechow address: ul. Warszawska 11, 32-200 Miechw.4. Upon receipt of the tractor, the Contractor will carry out: training of employees of the Ordering Party's representatives in the operation, operation and maintenance of the vehicle.
