1. The subject of the contract is:
purchase and delivery of two electric buses together with the delivery of one mobile electric vehicle charging station.
2. main subject of the contract according to the joint order dictionary (CPV): 34144910-0 Electric buses, 31158100 chargers.

Remainted description of the subjectOrders: delivery of 2 pieces of electric zero -emission buses, powered from the battery of vehicles category M3 - BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle), factory new, low -floor, municipal buses for the needs of public transport in Tomaszow Mazowiecki and the delivery of one mobile charging stationDC electric electric vehicles with power up to 60 kw.
4. The subject of the contract also includes supplies and services related to the supply of buses and a mobile vehicle charging station, including in particular:
1) conducting training of the personnel of the ordering person's personnel required by the Employer, specified incontract and SWZ,
2) providing specialist tools and devices in accordance with the requirements specified in the contract and SWZ,
3) providing electronic equipment (dedicated devices and systems), additional equipment (in particular in connection with the authorization granted), software andNecessary devices using this software in accordance with the requirements set out in the contract and SWZ,
4) providing the documentation required by the Ordering Party specified in the contract and in SWZ.
