Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of two identical, brand new reconnaissance aircraft (produced no earlier than in 2022) with built-in and integrated additional equipment for each aircraft, which includes: a) aerial observation system (brand new - manufacturedy not earlier than 2022); b) AIS type automatic identification system for surface units (brand new - manufactured no earlier than 2022); c) satellite communication telephone with broadband Internet access (brand new - manufactured no earlier than 2022eye). 2. Airplanes that are the subject of the order in terms of type, class, purpose, tasks performed, on-board instruments and equipment, including on-board instruments and equipment referred to in Chapter II entitled "TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS" section 1 description of the subject of the order (annex toTerms of Reference), must meet the requirements of the provisions of Commission Regulation (EU) No. 800/2013 of 14 August 2013: - ANNEX III "ANNEX VI" Non-commercial operations using complex motor-powered aircraft [PART NCC] SUBPART D Preparedy, data and equipment SECTION 1; or - ANNEX IV 'ANNEX VII' Non-commercial operations with motor-powered aircraft other than complex aircraft [PART NCO] SUBPART D Instruments, data and equipment SECTION 1.
