Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of two self-propelled mowers with accessories and self-unloading baskets for the needs of the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center in Elblg, according to the detailed description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.2. The subject of the order should be brand new, without defects and damages and free from any liabilities to third parties and has not been the subject of any proceedings or security.3. The ordering party requires the delivery of 2 identical mowers with accessories.4. The offered equipment must meet the requirements of applicable regulations and standards regarding operational safety, environmental protection and work ergonomics. The Ordering Party requires that the offered equipment has the CE marking confirming compliance with the requirements of European Union Directives.5.
