Description:
1 Krakow, according to the description and technical parameters of constituting devices, an affiliate to the model of the contract, factory new (among others unregenerated, unrequited and unrebructed), produced in the year min. 2024, free from legal and physical defects (structural, material, executive) and damage, complete and ready for utility, technically functional. The device parameters should be used only for animals. The apparatus manufacturer is authorized in the field of distribution, installation and service of the subject of the plate. 2. Place of delivery of the subject of the Clave: a shelter for homeless animals in Krakow, ul. Rybna 3, 30-254 Krakw. 3. The Contractor should provide a guarantee for the offered device for the period KTERZ Ni 36 months, calculated from the date of receipt (to the period indicated by the Contractor in the offer form). 4.
