Description:
1. The scope of the subject of the order includes the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of a premium ultrasound device, consistent with the technical requirements specified in this Specification of Order Conditions, 1) delivery of all equipment, heads and accessories required for full use functionality of the device, 2) training of the Ordering Party's staff in the operation, configuration, operation and basic diagnostics of the device, 3) performance of all accompanying activities and necessary for proper installation and commissioning of the device in the place indicated by the Ordering Party.2. The ultrasound device offered by the Contractor must: 1) have valid documents authorizing the medical device to be traded and used in the territory of the Republic of Poland, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974, as amended), 2) meet all the requirements technical parameters specified in Appendix No. 2 Required technical parameters of the ultrasound device,3) be brand new, complete, free from material, construction, physical and legal defects,4) be manufactured in 2025,5) come from current production, cannot be sp...
