Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of various laboratory equipment for the Faculty of Biology of the University of Warsaw, divided into parts:
Part 1: Electrophoresis apparatus and a transfer apparatus
Part 2: Spektrophotometer to micro -power of the micro -power
part 3: Low -temperature freezer
2. The device must be factory newcovered by the manufacturer's full warranty, unused and free from physical and legal defects.
3. The device must have complete wiring necessary to start it and work correctly in accordance with its functionality and manufacturer's instructions.
4. All elements specified in the description of the subjectOrders must be an integral part of the devices. The contracting authority does not allow the possibility of configuring the equipment with the help of external elements, except when the description of the subject of the contract clearly indicates.Orders in the place indicated by the Ordering Party (Campus Ochota, Faculty of Biology at the University of Warsaw) will take place at the contractor's expense and risk. The Contractor is obliged to provide adequate insurance, means of transport and secure the subject of the contract in a mannereliminating the risk of its damage or deterioration during transport and unloading.
6. For parts 2 and 3: The Contractor will conduct position instruction in Polish for a minimum of 2 people in the field of operation and maintenance of the device in the dimension of a maximum of 1 hour at the headquartersOrder ...
