Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of an in vivo Cherenkov radiation imaging system for the Katowice Oncology Center, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Price Offer.
2. The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation and clinical implementation of a radiation imaging system Cherenkov, enabling real-time monitoring of the administered dose and control of the patient's positioning during radiotherapy. The system allows you to visualize the beam distribution on the patient's body, verify the correct use of boluses and other accessories, and archive video recordings of each therapy session.
The device integrated with the SGRT system will be used in AOS, which will increase the safety and throughput of services.
3. The technical and functional parameters of the equipment are specified in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
The order also includes:
1) Delivery of the system (hereinafter referred to as the equipment SWZ) to destination,
2)installation, commissioning,
3) connection of the supplied equipment along with integration with SGRT and accelerators
in the possession of the Ordering Party,
4) Ensuring system compatibility with medical documentation and DICOM standards.
5)Providing compliant clinical updates with new AAPM and IEC guidelines.
6) staff training in the use of the system, interpretation of Cherenkov images and reporting of results.
