3 A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in SWZ. III description of the subject of the contract and in IV part SWZ (PPU).
3.Purpose of the subject of the contract: The contracting authority currently operates VMware. The purpose of the order is to maintain a virtualized processing environment. In connection with the ending support of the manufacturer for the software owned by the Employer and in connection with the change in the methodLicensing your VMware software, the Employer requires the provision of new licenses for VMware software in the subscription model or equivalent product.
4. The contracting authority does not allow partial offers.
5. This order is an order given inparts, each of which is the subject of separate proceedings
6. The contracting authority does not provide for the obligation for the Contractor to serve a local vision and the contractor check the documents necessary to perform the order available on site at the Employer.
7. The contracting authority allows participationsubcontractors in the performance of the order.
