Description:
1 The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery to the registered office of the ordering party, to the address: Korolwka-Osada 16A and to the address Korolwka-Osada 1, 22-200 Wodawa, of wood pellets in the amount of approximately 60 tons in deliveries of approximately 6 tons in big bags, usually once a week, for the duration of the contract, i.e. until April 30, 2026. CPV code 09-11-14-00-42. Wood pellets must meet the requirements under ENplus confirming compliance with EN 14961-2 in class A1. Due to the pneumatic fuel feeding system, the Ordering Party requires pellets with a maximum length of up to 2.50 cm. 3. Wood pellets must be delivered by transport at the Supplier's expense with a permanently installed hydraulic lever used for unloading heavy deliveries: a) to the chute in the Korolwka-Osada 1 dormitory building, located at a height of approximately 1.2 meters from the hardened surface, b) to the Korolwka-Osada 16A school workshops building. Unloading to the screw feeder, approx. 1 meter high from the hardened surface level.4. Due to the unpredictability of the weather, the Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase a larger quantity or not complete the delivery of pellets.
