Payment terms - Bank transfer - 21 days of issuing invoices, Delivery costs - On the supplier's side to the KWP in Katowice, Warranty - min. 24 months, however, not less than the manufacturer's warranty, Implementation of the contract - a maximum of 14 days from signing the contract / sending the order. The ordering party reserves the right to reducing or increasing the quantity of ordered equipment to the amount of financial resources available. The Ordering Party requires that the equipment be brand new, free from any physical or legal defects. If more than one offer is submitted, the Ordering Party envisages conducting an auction. The Ordering Party will ask the Bidder who did not complete the previous order, performed it improperly or refused to sign the contract to participate in the proceedings.
