Description:
A detailed description of the subject can be found in part II of the SWZ. Requirements for vehicles: 1) The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 pieces of brand new, low-emission MAXI class buses with electric drive along with 1 mobile charger. 2) Codes by Common Procurement Vocabulary CPV: a. 34.12.11.00-2 - public transport buses, 3) The buses being the subject of this order must be brand new vehicles (as defined in the Road Traffic Law of June 20, 1997, i.e. they cannot be registered in advance, and the mileage of the delivered buses cannot exceed 1,500 km; 4) The Ordering Party requires that all structural elements, parts, equipment, as well as equipment, devices and tools delivered with the buses if required, they were brand new. 5) a) regarding vehicle approval - specified in the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251) and in the regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Economy Morska of August 2, 2023 on the type approval of motor vehicles and trailers and their equipment or parts (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1651), b) specified in the standard PN-S-47010:1999 Road vehicles - Buses - Requirements basic.
