Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of electricity as part of a comprehensive service (supply and distribution of electricity) for the needs of facilities of organizational units of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022nd year level 1385, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of March 22, 2023 on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 819, as amended), Act of May 20, 2016 on energy efficiency (Journal of Laws 2021, item 2166, as amended), usAct of December 6, 2008 on excise duty (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1542, as amended). The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] in the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 will be approximately 28,000 MWh. The scope of the subject of the order will be specified in detail in the description of the subject of the ordercontract, the contract and Annex No. 1 to the contract (list of the contracting authority's facilities covered by the subject of the contract) constituting an integral part of the specification of essential terms of the contract.
