- The subject of the order is the purchase of gas fuel as part of a comprehensive service (supply and distribution of gas fuel) for the needs of facilities of organizational units of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 13).85, as amended) and the Notice of the Minister of Energy of May 16, 2018 on the announcement of the consolidated text of the regulation of the Minister of Economy on detailed conditions for the operation of the gas system (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1158, as amended) and the regulation Minister of Energy of September 21, 2018 amending the regulation on specific conditions for the operation of the gas system (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1814) and the regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of August 6, 2022 amending the regulation on detailed conditions for the operation of the gas system (Journal Laws of 2022, item 1899) and the Act of December 6, 2008 on excise duty (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1542, as amended). The total estimated gas consumption [MWh] in the period from January 1, 2025, from 6:00 a.m. to January 1, 2026, at 6:00 a.m. will be approximately 20,500 MWh. The scope of the order in detailwill be specified in the description of the subject of the order, the contract and Annex No. 1 to the contract (list of the contracting authority's facilities covered by the subject of the contract), constituting an integral part of the specification of essential terms of the contract.
